Grow Gorgeous Intense Thickening Shampoo + Conditioner
Who doesn’t love a bargain? I am a sucker for one, which is when I saw these in Boots. They had been reduced to £2 each, normally retailing at £16 a tube!
After a few uses, I am kind of starting to understand why they might have been reduced…
Firstly, £16 a tube is A LOT of money! They shampoo and conditioner I picked up are aimed at thickening one’s hair whilst making it glossy. My verdict: they’re okay, but only okay enough for the £4 I paid for the pair.
My hair can get quite greasy, where I try to leave it every other day or 2 days to wash it. Washing hair everyday can make it even more greasy, which is what I felt as soon I had washed it with these! It left my hair smelling incredible, however it was instantly shiny and greasy looking, which isn’t the kind of style I’m after.
It just did not do my hair any favours.
If you have normal to dry, dehydrated and maybe even thin hair, I would say this is for you!
It’s a shame I didn’t get on with this one, which I will be passing on to my mum as it suits her hair type more, however I tried it to save you from doing so if you’ve searched for some insight.
