For as long as we can all remember, we’ve been told this or that product will get rid of dark circles, wrinkles, eye bags, fine lines and what not. Well, that’s just not true. But hear me out.
There are of course ways of reducing their appearance.
There’s nothing wrong with having all these small things, it’s just that I know a lot of us feel better in ourselves for controlling how we look. Makeup. Beauty, Skincare. You name it.
It’s what makes us all beautifully unique.
When it comes to eye care, it’s something that I’ve neglected for years, having felt previous products were a fad. I’ll admit that working a full-time job, general stress and late nights reading the odd book have taken their toll, more noticeably around my eyes in the form of dark circles.
I thought I’d try and tackle it with something that didn’t break the bank but also wasn’t too harsh on the eyes, something I’ve found before where products have made my eye area even more irritated, dry and sensitive (ouch). I’ve spoken before about my love for Soap & Glory products – they’ve done it again!
Within just 2 weeks of using Bright Before Your Eyes, my dark circles have visibly reduced. I look healthier, more awake and fresher. In a placebo way, I guess I feel a bit more awake? It’s been a game changer and I have fallen in love with it. It’s the first thing I put on in the morning and last thing at night before heading to bed.

I’m sorry I don’t have any before pics, but picture slight dark circles under each eye. And after pics – I’m sorry friends, but I just can’t take a good selfie.
I bought it as part of a duo bundle which made the whole thing cheaper than buying the eye gel alone! That’s £5 per product compared to just over £10 each!
The toner is equally as good, making a great, affordable dupe for the Pixi Glow tonic, which has irritated my skin in the past too. S&A’s does not! I strongly believe this has helped clear up my skin and give an all-round gentle glow – not greasy.
As well as drinking plenty of water, having a balanced diet and getting plenty of sleep, I would highly recommend this gem of a gel if you’re on the hunt for something affordable. Your eyes might just thank you for it!
Nice
