WHAT’S IN MY MAKE UP BAG?

I’m always curious to see what is in others make up bags and I’m sure I’m one of many.

When I started this blog I said I would be posting some beauty posts, so hopefully this is the start of many. Whilst it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, I’d be interested to see what products you’re using or interested in!

My skin changes throughout the year, but I find these suit my combination-oily skin all year round with a little adjustment of powder and setting spray. I always carry a travel pot of moisturiser and SPF mixed together before ‘making my face’

I’ve been wearing makeup for about five years now; I’ve gone through high end and budget products and think I have finally found my routine and brands. What are yours?

MAKE UP BAG – Urban Outfitters

SKIN
Primer – L’oréal Infallible Priming Base
Base – Bourjois City Radiance Foundation – super lightweight and medium coverage, not too heavy
Concealers – L’oréal True Match and Maybelline Fit Me! (to bright under my eyes)

EYES
Shadow sticks – Topshop. Underdog and Sphere
Single eyeshadow – Mac Sable
Brow stick – Collection Incredibrow

Mascara – when I’m not using Maybelline Lash Sensational (my fave!), I layer up with Colossal and Great Lash
Clinique Bottom Lash is my go to every time to avoid lower lash smudging

FACE
Powder – MUA Professional Loose Setting Powder
Finishing Spray – Revolution Pro Supreme Hold Finishing Spray
Contour Palette – Rimmel Kate Moss Sculpting Palette

TOOLS
Eyelash curler – Superdrug
Brushes;
FACE – Rosie for Autograph angled brush; Real Techniques Multitask cheek brush
EYES – LUXIE Small tapered blending brush; Rosie for Autograph flat eye brush
Sponge – Ebay. I find these do just as good a job as the BeautyBlender and Real Techniques sponges

LIPS
I rarely wear anything apart from lip balm
Lipstick – my fave when I do
Charlotte Tilbury Between the Sheets (this smells and tastes amazing! Velvety, smooth finish)
